Polypropylene is the primary material used in the production of Non Woven Face Masks. The fiber diameter of these masks can range from 0.5 to 10 microns. These masks are composed of ultra-fine fibers that have a unique capillary structure. This structure allows for an increased number of fibers per unit area, resulting in excellent filterability, shielding, thermal insulation, and oil absorption properties for the melt-blown cloth used in the masks.
The mask is made of non-flammable material and has been tested to burn for less than 5 seconds after being exposed to flame. It has also been sterilized using ethylene oxide, with a residue of less than 10μg/g. Additionally, the material used to make the mask has a primary skin irritation index of no more than 0.4 and has been confirmed to not cause sensitization.
