Precautions for use of infrared temperature measuring gun
1. Only the surface temperature is measured. The infrared temperature measuring gun cannot measure the internal temperature.
2. Do not measure the temperature through the glass. The reflection and transmission properties of glass are different from other materials, so the infrared temperature readings obtained are affected.
3. It is not recommended to measure bright or polished metal surfaces (stainless steel, aluminum, etc.) with infrared temperature measuring gun.
4. Pay attention to environmental conditions. Steam, dust, smoke, etc. block the lens and prevent accurate measurement.
5. Pay attention to the ambient temperature. If the infrared temperature measuring gun encounters a sudden ambient temperature difference of more than 10 degrees, let the instrument adapt to the new ambient temperature for at least 20 minutes.
6. Different objects have different emissivity.
